Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your proof of purchase.
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack your item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Himiway
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated sports equipment inspection center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
